People using mobile web servicesWish you could order pizza from your favorite store from your cell phone without making a call? If they had a mobile web site, you could surf to the site on your cell phone and press a few buttons to Mozzarella heaven.

There’s this web site that makes services available to cell phone browsers for free. Tell them which service you want made accessible and they’ll get in touch with the service, then make it available on their mobile web site, which is called PLIBA.mobi.

PLIBA stands for “Please Make It Available.”

So what you want to do is visit the PLIBA Suggest Page, type in the name of the business that you want made accessible from your cell phone browser, then sit back. PLIBA will contact them invite them to offer their services from the cell phone-friendly PLIBA site.

Slowly but slowly, the mobile web is catching hold…
